Founded by Edward Samarium in 1981, the Oversight of Supernatural Foundation or also called "OS Foundation" or "O Corp" was created as an supernatural investigative corporation, tought it was only given administration of a distric in Greenview city in 1982 after being proven to be a serious executive corporation after the classified revelation about anomalous objects to Greenview government and A Corp.

The internal structure of the Corporation is administrated by the OS Counsil, an counsil of 12 members that overwatch the corporation at BlackSite-01, thought the proff of the OS Counsil existence is not consistent because of the low information avaible about the counsil members and the BlackSite-01 (WARNING: any attempt of illegal investigation of OS Foundation's Blacksites and the OS Counsil members is strictly prohibited in the word of A Corp and O Corp), right below the OS Counsil there is the Administration departament, then there is the TaskForce departament, the Intelligence departament, the Security departament, the Scientific departament and the Expandable departament
