SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:

AN-03 must remain in his living quarters most of the time, he is authorized to leave to other locations with the protection of O corp only if AN-03 doesnt show his anomalous propertyes, he must be instructed to the rules and terms monthly and he is free to roam ouside his living quarters inside the Safe containment sector of Site-10, he is not authorized to leave the Safe containment sector nor have access to LV3+ info.

a speciallized medic, psychologist and helper from the O-EBSCCT must be ready for any special needs and help.

in case AN-03 try to leave/scape the safe containment sector or the site as a whole, security personell must respond immitially and redirect AN-03 to his living quarters for diciplinary procedures.

DESCRIPTION:

AN-03, also called "Dr. Lucas Silva" is a 24 Year old man, of [REDACTED] in size and [REDACTED] in weight, he contains black hair and a pair of glasses, he was born in [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. AN-03 is classified as an anomalous object by the fact he can deattach and reattach his own head at will with no visible downsides, its also noted that AN-03 can still have control over his body and head while his head is deattached, its also noted that food, water, blood, oxygen and nervous signal are able to go from his body to head even when his head is deattached, in his own words, he gained this abillity when he was 5 years old by a unknown cause.

AN-03 first anomalous case was when he was 5 years old, and after investigations, it was discovered that his mother "[REDACTED] Silva" was able to hide him for years from strangers and the authorities, he was caught by the OS Foundaion when he was 17 years old, when he was at a trail on the forest of [REDACTED], he was taken to Area 07-143 in where investigations and interogations were made with him and his mother, and after further agreement with his mother, AN-03 was redirected to Site-10 in where he still lives today.

AN-03 got the rank of junior scientist at the age of 20 years in where he takes care of Safe-class anomalies on the Ellie Brown Safe Class Containment Team.
