SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
AN-14 contained in a soundproof room, so they cannot spread whisper of distress to personnels. All personnels are required to wear earphone when interacting with AN-14. Hot water sprinklers must be set on in the chamber all the times at low frequency to prevent AN-14 from returning to its normal size and manifest the Mercilest. a Class-E Personel must interact with AN-14 without physical contact everyday for 2 hours to prevent insanity.
In case of containment breach: All personnels must wear earphones, OMTF Unit ε-4 must respond immitially using Tranquilizer guns to take down AN-14.
DESCRIPTION:
AN-14 is an entity with 90 high feet of heigh, its head is a black torch that emanates a white fire made of a unknown substance that it calls "hatred", it is much more cold than normal fire, scientist are still researching the properties of the fire and the substance that composes it. AN-14's body is made by their previous victims that sometimes still plead for mercy, even not showing signs of life. AN-14 also hold the Mercilest, a black spear charged by human's negative emotions, it is a critical step on the containment to prevent the Mercilest from being manifested.
AN-14's personality is cold and heartless. Usually, AN-14 lurked around cold mountains or small villages, so they could get stronger by inciting people. It was easyer to spot it at night because of its white fire, making legends about it spread easily around small towns and villages, luckly, the OS Foundation was able to stop the spread of those legends before the media entered in contact with it.
AN-14 feeds by human's negative emotions, such as jealously, greed, hatred, despises, and more. It is also known about its ability called by it as "A Voice Flies", if a group or person is too close to them, they can incite through the person's ear like a wind, luring the person to give in and surrender themselves to the entity.
AN-14 can manipulate their victim's trauma and act like their "Savior" to give in.
AN-14 was found by Adamant Bethlehem, the tribal leader of Moonflower Village, located at the south of Presvikia, at September 4th, 2001. AN-14 Was then secured safely by OMTF η-1 to OS Foundation Site-06.
