SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:

AN-21 Must remain in its containment chamber at all the times, the chambers must be protected by a layer of rubber and must be only unlocked for testing, any electromagnetic anomalies that happens in the chamber involving other forces of nature must be reported immidiately, in case of a level 3 event, the area must be evacuated and set on lockdown, any energy grids connecting to that area must be disconnected.

DESCRIPTION:

AN-21 is a set of 2 metal utility poles that stay 1 meter in distance from each other, these poles even when connected to electricity lines, the electric energy wont pass trought them, these utility poles have the anomalous property of creating and manipulating multiple forms of energy and forces (any energy created by AN-21 will dissapear from existence after ~3m and 54s), these energy-bending anomalies are set into 3 event levels listed on the AN-21 handling protocols that will be listed soon below, before the explaination of thos levels, an list of the properties that AN-21 can control will be listed below.

• Thermal Energy: manifests by one or the 2 poles increasing temperature exponentialy, stopping 354°C before its melting point or by changing the room temperature randomly
• Radiant Energy: manifests by one of the poles suddently glowing at random times, with different luminosities each time the event starts or by the emition of radio waves or the sudden emition of Gamma radiation or X rays
• Electrical Energy: manifests by the manipulation of electric energy in the surrounding areas or by sudden electrical discharges between the 2 poles
• Sound Energy: manifests by the emition of auditory anomalies coming from within one of the 2 poles or low level tremors inside the containment chamber
• Gravitational Energy: manifests by the sudden alteration of gravity on the surrounding areas of the poles, no gravitational anomalies higher then the gravitational of the surface of saturn

The intensity levels of an AN-21 energetic anomaly were made by The Ernand Jackson Medicore Class Containment Team (EJMCCT) as an more pratical way of cataloging each energetic anomaly AN-21 manifests to prevent incidents regarding AN-21 in case one of these events happens, these levels can be distinguished by the type of energy manipulation aand its intensity, the levels will be listed below.

• Level 1: safe or non relevant events, that can not cause major damage to human health or surrounding infrastructure
• Level 2: medicore or relevant events, that can cause instant moderate health problems or future severe health problems and affect the surrounding infrastructure
• Level 3: dangerous or severe events, that can cause death and extreme damage to surrounding inrastructure

The AN-21 is now contained at Site-17.
