SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
AN-27 must remain within its containment field at all times [field 07 in sector 2 of Site 60]. If AN-27 leaves the boundaries of its field, it will be considered a containment breach and must be dealt with by safely redirecting it back to its containment field. Attacking AN-27 by any method is prohibited. Communication with AN-27 should only be for testing and research purposes.
DESCRIPTION:
AN-27 is a main battle tank of the T-72 series. It can move autonomously, and its hatch never opens. AN-27 is sentient and can communicate through a loudspeaker mounted on its right side, where it is capable of communicating in Russian and English. The loudspeaker contains a male voice with a Russian accent. The AN-27 demonstrates calm and peaceful behavior, obeying all orders from the O Corp except to fire, as AN-27 is unloaded and refuses to be loaded. AN-27 states that all it desires is a calm and peaceful life and that it considers any kind of battle between two groups repugnant, demonstrating sadness at being a war machine. AN-27 proclaims that it has been in war before, but soon became disgusted with the brutal situation it found itself in, deciding to flee the battlefield for a peaceful place.
AN-27 was found in [REDACTED] on June 14, 2012, alongside a helicopter that quickly left the scene after AN-27 warned it to flee. AN-27 attempted to escape but was quickly apprehended and redirected to Site-60. After several interviews with AN-27, it was discovered that the helicopter he was with belonged to a friend, and investigations into the aircraft's location are still ongoing. It was also discovered that AN-27 was created by U Corp for the [REDACTED] military forces, and with this, it was quickly discovered that AN-27's creator was the Engineer, the same creator of AN-25 and AN-30. After that, a digital reunion was established so that AN-27 could communicate with AN-25 and AN-30. The result was peaceful, but AN-27 had no further new information about the Engineer, nor about the creation of the helicopter, which is still under investigation. More information will be released when the helicopter is found.
